MCTC provides high-leverage tools for managing teams in an organization and equally if not more important, managing self. These concepts and practices have been proven successful worldwide. The timeless truths explored in this course fundamentally shifts how leaders lead, personally and integrate organizationally and the self development practices imparted are an essential tool kit to enhance personal skills and life overall.
The key purpose of this course is to:
- Expose the participants to certain profound, yet simple and common-sense approaches to management. There will also be an emphasis placed on how these principles can have practical application.
- Introduce participants to Self Development tools for self management using guided practices of relaxation, meditation, rejuvenation and inner-connect. Regular practice of these tools enhance clarity and increase individual resilience by improving stress management, enhancing one’s managerial style, improving clarity in decision making, creating conditions for a better Work Life Balance.
This curriculum prepares students to succeed in an environment of continual change. Students will be challenged to adopt new modes of thinking toward management and its practical approach.
