Module Three - Organizational Lifecycles

All organizations have lifecycles. Learners will learn to identify lifecycles, differentiate between them and understand that some problems and opportunities are normal or abnormal for an organization at any given position on the Corporate Lifecycle Curve. Understanding an organization's position in its lifecycle will empower managers to communicate, structure and reward their organization effectively. The Adizes Method teaches the tools needed to identify and resolve abnormal problems in the right sequence and at the right time.

Ultimately, learners will pass a module exam to earn a Completion Badge.
