- The Ideal Executive, Management/Mismanagement Styles,
- Managing Corporate Lifecycles and
- The Pursuit of Prime
Course format:
This will be a participant-led training. Most of the material is documented and participants will be asked to review the materials before each session. The sessions will be largely dedicated to answering specific questions or discussing topics raised by the participants on the subject being covered in that session.

- What is the purpose of the Adizes methodology? What problem does it solve?
- In-depth explanation of the Adizes program for organizational transformationo What is a PIP?

o What are the different kinds of PIPs that exist?
o How do PIPs work together in a chain of causality?
o How does the Adizes Program for Organizational Transformation “transform” an organization?
o What are the different phases in the Adizes Program for Organizational Transformation? How do they work? What specific PIPs do they address?
